About us
The Vale @ Barmston is a 7 berth - 2 Bedroom luxury static caravan which has been improved over the years to create a subtle crossover from homely feel to coastal life.
Local coastal walks with direct access onto miles of golden sandy beach...
A 5-10 minute walk to the local friendly village pub...
Barmston has relaxation at its heart, from when you first enter the village to the moment you leave.

A short distance away is the bustling fishing town of Bridlington with an array of retail and food outlets

From short stays to weeks at a time we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.....

The caravan benefits from having had internal insulation added, A-rated double glazing, full central heating throughout. Fully fitted kitchen with Fan Ovens, a 5 ring gas hob, dishwasher, Corian solid surface worktops.

  • All damages will be paid for by the user.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • No pets (unless prior agreement).
  • Pets not to be allowed on any bedding or seating (deep clean fee applicable of £80 per stay).
  • Only guests included on the booking form will be allowed to stay in the property, any guests not named will be asked to leave site.
  • This is a family site & 'party groups' will not be allowed on site.
  • During your stay, we have the right to enter the property for maintenance, emergency & special circumstances.
  • Card details may be held for a period of 7 days following stay for damage charges.
