- All damages will be paid for by the user.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- No pets (unless prior agreement).
- Pets not to be allowed on any bedding or seating (deep clean fee applicable of £80 per stay).
- Only guests included on the booking form will be allowed to stay in the property, any guests not named will be asked to leave site.
- This is a family site & 'party groups' will not be allowed on site.
- During your stay, we have the right to enter the property for maintenance, emergency & special circumstances.
- Card details may be held for a period of 7 days following stay for damage charges.
